DuaLock

Privacy Policy

Effective September 29, 2026

DuaLock collects no data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.

What stays on your iPhone

DuaLock keeps the following on your device only, so the app can work for you:

None of this leaves your device. DuaLock has no server and makes no network connections of its own. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Screen Time & Focus Mode

Focus Mode uses Apple's Screen Time technology (Family Controls). When you choose apps to lock, iOS gives DuaLock opaque tokens: DuaLock cannot see which apps you picked or how you use them. These tokens and your Focus Mode settings are stored on your iPhone, shared only between DuaLock and its own extensions, and are never transmitted, sold, or used for advertising.

Notifications

Every DuaLock notification is scheduled locally on your iPhone: your daily dua, morning and evening adhkar, a heads-up before a free trial ends, and the "Your dua is ready" prompt from Focus Mode. No notification data is sent to us or anyone else.

Purchases

DuaLock Premium is sold and billed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your name, email address or payment details. DuaLock checks your subscription on the device with Apple's StoreKit. Apple gives us only aggregated sales reports that don't identify you.

If you email us

If you write to us — for support, or to ask for free access — we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We don't add you to any list and don't share your message.

Children

DuaLock collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If a future version of DuaLock ever changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated here first, and the app's App Store privacy label will be updated to match.
